The Owners and managers of the fund are all lawyers. Our members include advocates practicing at the bar, to South African attorneys, several jointly qualified as solicitors of England and Wales.
The members have litigated and arbitrated in Africa, the BVI, Argentina, and [insert]. Between us, we have concluded transactions in every significant African jurisdiction as North America well as China, Brazil, Malaysia, Luxembourg, UK, Australia and Canada. Several have extensive in-house experience working for FTSE listed blue-chip multinationals and international banks.
